This is ideal for homeowners and contractors who are just beginning the renovation or home building process.  It consists of a quick sketch of the plan layout or elevation, or a more detailed sketch upon request, that would allow a homeowner to get a gauge of pricing from a builder.  Also, we can compile a few photos and samples to show the general concept of the space.

Printable 2-Dimensional Floor Plans & Elevations

This is intended for homeowners committed to the renovation or custom home building process.  We will develop a full set of floor plans based on project requirements to include, as needed, a site plan, electrical drawings, demolition plan, interior and exterior elevations, and detail drawings. Hand-renderings are available upon request.

Benefits: A detailed and thorough plan set helps keep projects on schedule and on budget.

Plan Consultations:

Some layout adjustment and markup of existing plans, this is meant to be a short consultation in effort to resolve design issues, improve build-ability, and potentially save cost.  This is also a great way to reduce the risk of change orders.  We will slowly walk through the project, while focusing on any potential problems and opportunities so that the construction process goes smoothly.

Benefits: Proper planning and plan assessment can give homeowners and contractors realistic expectations of the construction process, and ideally prevent unnecessary change orders.

Furniture Layouts

Furniture layouts can be done with existing plans and furniture, or to accompany a new renovation or home.  This is meant to fully utilize the space while providing and finding furniture to suit the client’s individual needs.  A basic floor plan will be provided, with general furniture dimensions and locations.  This is an excellent first step to buying new furniture.

Benefits: This will improve the functionality of any space and can give any client a set of guidelines to new furniture purchases.
