A Long Time Coming

Returning clients charged us with transforming the upstairs of this beautiful Durham home into a bigger and more functional space for their family. We were able to expand the square footage by adding dormers and taking advantage of an existing attic above the carport. With the addition of 2.5 baths, a primary bedroom, and a large bonus room, this family now has the space to spread out, or gather together. The American Farmhouse aesthetic continues in two small downstairs projects, the laundry and downstairs bedroom suite.
